This 7mm conversion kit is for Harley-Davidson Evolution and 1999-2004 Twin Cam cylinder heads.


7mm Conversion Kit Consists of:

  1. •AV&V Intake Valves

  2. •AV&V Exhaust Valves

  3. •AV&V Valve Guides

  4. •AV&V New Style Valve Guide Seals

  5. •Bee-Hive Standard Valve Spring Kit (.550 lift)

Optional: Hi-Performance Bee-Hive Spring Kit (.650 lift) extra charge


Machine Work Includes:

  1. •New Valve Guides Installed

  2. •CNC Machined Hi-Flow Valve Seat Profiles

  3. •Heads Decked to Applicable Compression Ratio


NOTE: In some applications, valve seats may need to be replaced to get correct stem protrusion. There is an extra charge for this service.
