Customer-Designed Seat Profiles

 

Design your own valve seat profile. We are the first company in the motorcycle industry to offer this service. This service is for both the cylinder head designer and you to design your own valve seat profile. After you design your seat, we will program your seat profile and e-mail it back for your approval.  It should be noted that with this service we must use a brand new valve seat to machine your profile.

  1. 1.You have 99 segments to use, which include both angles and radiuses.

  2. 2.Total length of the profile is 2 inches.
